UNIVERSITY OF BAHRAIN REQUIRES

The University of Bahrain College of Business Administration is in the process of offering a number of academic posts to suitable applicants at the level of (Lecturer). For the academic year 2026/2027.  

Recruitment Conditions:

1. Candidate should have a Master’s degree from a recognized university, as relevant to the field of specialization for the positions, with a minimum GPA of 3 out of 4.
2. Must have the ability to teach Business Management, Marketing, or Business Analytics courses (as relevant to the position); preferably from the basic level to the highest final Graduation level, in addition to specialization.
3. The candidate should have high English language proficiency.
4. Candidate must have practical experience of a minimum of 4 years.

1. Cover letter.
2. Curriculum Vitae (CV) with personal photo.
3. A clear photocopy of the applicant’s required qualifications (Bachelor's and Master's).
4. Work experience certificates (if applicable).
5. The application should be uploaded through the university portal. Applications not received in this way cannot be considered.
6. Copy of a valid passport for the applicant.

Preferred Skills:

1. Expertise in digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and tourism business strategies.
2. Familiarity with business analytics tools and applications in tourism.
3. Ability to integrate technology and innovative teaching methods.
