The University of Bahrain College of Business Administration is in the process of offering a number of academic posts to suitable applicants at the level of (Lecturer). For the academic year 2026/2027.

Recruitment Conditions:
- Candidate should have a Master’s degree from a recognized university, as relevant to the field of specialization for the positions, with a minimum GPA of 3 out of 4.
- Must have the ability to teach Business Management, Marketing, or Business Analytics courses (as relevant to the position); preferably from the basic level to the highest final Graduation level, in addition to specialization.
- The candidate should have high English language proficiency.
- Candidate must have practical experience of a minimum of 4 years.

- Curriculum Vitae (CV) with personal photo.
- A clear photocopy of the applicant’s required qualifications (Bachelor's and Master's).
- Work experience certificates (if applicable).
- The application should be uploaded through the university portal. Applications not received in this way cannot be considered.
- Copy of a valid passport for the applicant.
Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and tourism business strategies.
- Familiarity with business analytics tools and applications in tourism.
- Ability to integrate technology and innovative teaching methods.
